Information we receive
When you contact SAFLO or submit an RFQ, we may receive your name, company, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, country or region, product requirements, estimated quantity, destination and files you choose to attach.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review packaging requirements, prepare quotations, coordinate samples or supply discussions, and respond to your inquiry. We do not use RFQ information for unrelated advertising without a separate lawful basis or your request.
Security and service providers
RFQ submissions use server-side validation, rate limiting and Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. Inquiry notifications are sent through our business email provider. These services may process technical information such as an IP address, device information and the page URL. Google Analytics is loaded only if you accept optional analytics.
Sharing and retention
We may share relevant specification details with manufacturing or logistics partners when needed to prepare a supply solution. We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for communication, quotation records and legitimate business administration.
Your choices
You can accept or reject optional analytics in the site notice. To change your choice later, use the “Privacy choices” button. You can also ask us to correct or remove inquiry information, or ask what information we hold about your request. Email sales@saflopack.com with the subject “Privacy request”.
Updates
We may update this policy when the website, form or business process changes. The effective date above will show the latest version.
