Before your first custom order.
What artwork should I send?
Upload a PDF, PNG or JPG preview through the RFQ form. Email AI or EPS master artwork to sales@saflopack.com; these formats are not accepted by the website upload. Include the artwork version, intended print size and color references.
Is a kraft-look design the same as paper tape?
No. The backing material must be specified separately from the print or background color. This page focuses on printed BOPP carton-sealing tape; if you need paper tape, identify the material and application in your enquiry so suitability can be reviewed.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is quoted for the approved tape construction, print colors, dimensions and pack-out. Send the number of rolls or cartons you need; there is no single MOQ for every custom design.
How are print colors and performance checked?
Review a proof for logo placement, colors and repeat length. For a new carton surface or demanding handling conditions, include a sample evaluation before approving the order; print appearance alone does not establish adhesion performance.
